International company is looking for a Cisco specialist:Required Technical Skill Set
Strong Knowledge on Network Routing, Switching, ACI & Network Security
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Requirements
Excellent Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills.
Design, Build/Implement, Migrate and Operate experience on Cisco ACI/Spine leaf Architecture
Understanding of basic components of ACI fabric (Tenant, BD, VRF, APIC), Nexus DC technologies such as vPC, FabricPath, OTV, VXLAN
Understanding of ACI implementations being single site, multi-pod, network centric
Recommend Network Solutions based on requirements and industry best practices and support in development of future road-map
Develop, document and maintain the Network Service procedures to meet the requirements and update the physical/logical Network Design/Architecture Plan.
Knowledge and experience in VLAN, HSRP, STP, VTP and other switching technologies
Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues
Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process.
Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
Product knowledge:
Routing Protocols especially BGP, OSPF
Cisco Routers - 7200, 3800, 3600, 2800, 2900, 881
Switches -- Nexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco 6500/4500/3750/2960
Firewalls -- Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto
Cisco ACI/API
Good-To-Have:
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash
Experience with Load Balancers like F5, Netscalers etc.,
ITIL Certification
CISCO/CCNA Certification
